Refund Policy – Rènü Dermatology
At Rènü Dermatology – Aesthetics & Beauty Lymington, we are committed to providing high-quality treatments and exceptional service. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may or may not be issued.
1. Treatments & Services
All treatments (including Botox, filler, skin boosters, facials, Japanese head spa, microneedling, extraction facials, LED facials, etc.) are non-refundable once the service has been completed.
This is because:

Time, products, and equipment are allocated specifically for your appointment

Results vary from person to person

Treatment outcomes cannot be guaranteed
However, if you experience any concerns or complications, please contact us within 48 hours so we can review and offer support.
2. Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
Deposits are deducted from the total cost of your treatment.
When a deposit may be lost:

No-show to your appointment

Cancellation with less than 48 hours’ notice

Arriving too late for the treatment to be carried out
Deposits may be transferred to a new date if 48 hours’ notice is given.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancelling or rescheduling with 48+ hours’ notice: deposit can be transferred

Cancelling with less than 48 hours’ notice: deposit is lost

No-shows: full deposit is lost
4. Courses / Packages
Pre-paid treatment packages (e.g., microneedling courses, facials, Japanese head spa packages) are non-refundable once purchased.
They may be transferred to another treatment at the practitioner’s discretion.
5. Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are:

Non-refundable

Valid for 12 months

Redeemable against any service

Cannot be exchanged for cash
Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
6. Products
For hygiene reasons, all product sales (including skincare, aftercare, tools, etc.) are final and non-refundable unless the product is faulty.
If a product is faulty, please get in touch with us within 7 days with proof of purchase.
7. Medical Suitability
If you are deemed medically unsuitable for a treatment on the day of your appointment, your deposit may be transferred to another service or refunded at our discretion.
If you fail to disclose important medical information ahead of time and cannot receive the treatment on arrival, the deposit is not refundable.
8. Training Courses (if applicable)
All training course bookings and deposits are non-refundable due to limited spaces and pre-allocated resources.
Rescheduling may be offered where possible.
